Technical Assistance

Technical assistance is available to applicants by answering questions about the application or the Coordinated Plan, or providing suggestions for potential federal sources of matching funds.

Pre-application conferences will be held in each state for agencies to learn more about the application process, the selection process, and to ask any questions they may have about the program or prospective projects. Prospective applicants are required to attend one of the four pre-application conferences in order to apply for funding.

If you have questions about this application or need technical assistance, please contact us.
